We were thrilled to be working on Fairmont's newest Italian concept, L'Uliveto. The restaurant was packed with very intricate details that needed to be executed perfectly, with the superior quality, and in a very squeezed timeline to open before Ramadan, making it one of the very challenging project that we worked on.
