The design of the furniture of this residence was to create a fusion between tradition and modernism. The traditional elements took an abstract view of calligraphy work by pushing out any particular content or words and creating a visual tectonic characterization of the Arabic text. This creates a faceless interpretation of the new age of tradition yet embodies the essence of a beautiful art form with words.
